Content Management Policy & Procedures

1. Purpose

This Content Management Policy & Procedures document outlines the guidelines and processes for managing, reviewing, and moderating content on FTF.chat. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all content complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and community standards, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all content uploaded, broadcasted, streamed, or generated by users on FTF.chat, including but not limited to:

  • Video content
  • Audio content
  • Text messages
  • Images
  • Live streams
  • User profiles and avatars

3. Content Review Process

3.1 Pre-Publication Review

All user-generated content is subject to review before it is published on the platform. The review process includes:

  • Automated Filtering: Use of AI and machine learning tools to detect and flag prohibited content, such as nudity, violence, or illegal material.
  • Manual Review: Trained moderators will manually review flagged content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Age Verification: Content providers must verify their identity and age using government-issued identification. Content depicting individuals must include proof of age and consent.

3.2 Post-Publication Monitoring

  • Real-Time Monitoring: Live streams and other real-time content are monitored by moderators to ensure compliance with platform rules.
  • User Reports: Users can report content that violates platform policies. Reported content will be reviewed and removed if necessary.
  • Periodic Audits: Regular audits of published content will be conducted to ensure ongoing compliance.

4. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on FTF.chat:

  • Child Exploitation: Any content depicting or suggesting the exploitation of minors.
  • Non-Consensual Activity: Content depicting or promoting non-consensual sexual acts.
  • Violence and Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
  • Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or depicts illegal activities, including drug use, human trafficking, or prostitution.
  • Copyright Infringement: Content that violates intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
  • Misleading or Fraudulent Content: Content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or intended to mislead users.

5. Content Removal Process

5.1 Removal of Prohibited Content

  • Any content that violates this policy will be removed immediately upon detection.
  • Users who upload prohibited content will be subject to disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent bans.

5.2 User Appeals

  • Users may appeal the removal of their content by submitting a request to [email protected]. Appeals will be reviewed by the moderation team, and a decision will be communicated within two business days.

5.3 Transparency Reporting

  • Monthly reports of flagged content, removals, and user appeals will be generated and submitted to relevant stakeholders, including payment processors and regulatory bodies.

6. Age Verification

6.1 Content Providers

  • All content providers must verify their age and identity using government-issued identification.
  • Content providers must obtain and maintain written consent from all individuals depicted in their content.

6.2 Consumers

  • Consumers must verify their age before accessing restricted content.

7. User Education and Support

7.1 User Guidelines

  • Clear guidelines on acceptable content and behavior will be provided to all users during the registration process.
  • Users will be required to acknowledge and agree to these guidelines before using the platform.

7.2 Support and Reporting

  • A dedicated "Report" button will be available on all content pages for users to report violations.

8. Training and Compliance

8.1 Moderator Training

  • Moderators will receive regular training on platform policies, legal requirements, and best practices for content review.
  • Training will include updates on new laws, regulations, and emerging trends in content moderation.

8.2 Compliance with Laws

  • FTF.chat will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
    • Title 18 Section 2257 (U.S. federal law requiring record-keeping for adult content)
    • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (for users in the European Union)
    • Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (for protecting minors online)

9. Record-Keeping

9.1 Content Records

  • Records of all user-generated content, including metadata, upload dates, and moderation actions, will be maintained for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Records of age verification and consent forms will be stored securely and made available for inspection upon request by regulatory authorities.

9.2 Incident Reports

  • All incidents of prohibited content, user appeals, and disciplinary actions will be documented and stored for future reference.

10. Review and Updates

This Content Management Policy & Procedures document will be reviewed and updated annually or as needed to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or platform practices. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
